Getting started

Step by step

1. Sign up: press "Start free" on this site and register with your e-mail and a password.
2. Verify your e-mail: open the e-mail from KHAITA and press the link. Not there? Check spam or promotions.
3. Set up the store: pick a store type, choose the store name and address (such as yourshop.khaita.app), add a logo and pick a theme.
4. Add your first product: name, price, photos and stock, then set it to "Shown on store".
5. Set up PromptPay: enter the phone number, national ID or tax ID linked to the store’s bank account, then check the recipient name with the ฿1 test QR.
6. Open the store: press "Open store" and share the link with your customers.

Your store can open when all 3 are done

• The store owner’s e-mail is verified
• At least 1 product is "Shown on store" (new products start hidden)
• PromptPay is set up

If the store will not open, check these 3 first. Usually the e-mail is not verified yet or the product is still hidden.

What next

• Place one order in your own store to see what customers see, then cancel the test order in your dashboard.
• Add the rest of your products. The Free plan holds 10 products.
• Share the store link on your page, in LINE chats or in your bio. Customers can order right away without an account.
