Getting paid with PromptPay
Customers pay straight into the store’s account with a PromptPay QR carrying each order’s amount. No fee per order.
Which PromptPay IDs work

The ID must already be linked to PromptPay on the account you want paid into, in your banking app. KHAITA checks the format and check digit, but cannot see which account it is linked to.
Set up and check with the ฿1 QR
- Open the payment settings in your dashboard (or do it during store setup when you sign up).
- Pick the type and enter the PromptPay ID.
- Press "Test with ฿1" and scan the QR with your own banking app.
- Look at the recipient name the app shows before confirming. No need to actually transfer.
- If the name matches the store’s account, tick the box to confirm it, then save.
If you change the PromptPay ID, new orders use the new one. Orders already placed keep the ID the customer saw when ordering.
