Does KHAITA take a cut of my sales?
No. Customers pay by PromptPay straight into your account. KHAITA only charges the monthly plan you choose.
How long can I use it for free?
The Free plan never expires and needs no credit card. It allows up to 10 products and shows a KHAITA badge.
How do I pay for a plan?
You get an invoice, pay the amount on it by PromptPay and attach the slip. The new plan applies right away while KHAITA checks the slip.
Can I change or downgrade my plan?
Upgrade any time. Moving back to Free takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there yearly pricing?
Monthly only for now. Yearly prices will be added to the plan catalog later.
