Every plan is monthly with no contract. Upgrade or downgrade yourself in the dashboard.

Upgrading

  1. Pick the new plan in your dashboard. You get an invoice with KHAITA’s PromptPay QR.
  2. Pay exactly the amount shown on the invoice, down to the satang.
  3. Attach the slip. The new plan applies right away, while KHAITA checks the slip.

If the slip is rejected, you see the reason in the dashboard and have 7 days to attach a new one. You keep the new plan meanwhile. After 7 days it goes back to your previous plan.

Renewing

  • The renewal invoice arrives 7 days before the period ends. Pay it the same way as an upgrade.
  • Not renewed? There are 7 days of grace after the period ends, then the store moves to the Free plan.

Downgrading

A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep your current plan until then.

If the new plan holds fewer products than you have, the newest extra products move to the archive. Nothing is deleted, and you choose which products to show.

Who can pay

Only the store owner can change the plan and pay. Store admins can see the plan and invoices but cannot pay.
